New version of FeelMart 1.9

Added Open Graph markup to the manufacturer/info page.
Added an "Email (to notify about response)" field to the "Questions/Answers" module on the product page. This will allow users to instantly receive messages via email when an administrator adds a response to questions asked about a particular product.
Added the ability to set multilingual titles, descriptions, and images for Open Graph markup on the homepage. This can be configured in the Main Template Management module / "SEO Generator" tab / "Home page (title/description/OG-image)" tab.
Minor bug fixes and improvements.
