New version of FeelMart 1.6.6

Added the ability to enable/disable displayed links on the account page : [Files | Recurring payments | Bonus points | Returns | Transaction history | Email newsletter | Affiliate program]. You can configure the display of links in the "Modules \ Account" module.
Added the ability to display additional customer data on the successful checkout page: [firstname | last name | telephone | post code | country | city | address].
Small bug fixes and improvements.
