New version of Deals 1.2.1

In the SmartCheckout module, payment methods are now displayed as inactive instead of disappearing when they are unavailable due to selected delivery methods. Additionally, the display of available customer bonus points for use during purchase has been added.
It is now possible to display additional fields on the product page: SKU, UPC, EAN, JAN, ISBN, MPN.
Minor bug fixes and general improvements have been made.
